About The Team

Defending against modern missile threats on the Next Generation Interceptor (NGI) program requires constant collaboration and innovation. We integrate systems end to end to detect, control, and engage threats across every domain, investing in technologies like directed energy, space-based capabilities, and solid-state radar to create layers of defense.

Shooting a missile down with a missile was once science fiction. We’ve made it a reality. Spotting enemy launches, identifying targets, calculating trajectories, launching interceptors, and guiding them to destroy threats—all within seconds—is complex work. Our culture supports bold ideas, technical excellence, and building a safer future.
