Job Title: Senior PeopleSoft FSCM Developer (AR & Billing Modules)
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – 4 days remote, 1 day onsite every Wednesday)
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central
Start Date: 09/15/2025

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PeopleSoft FSCM Developer with expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing modules to support our ERP modernization initiatives. The selected candidate will:
Review, analyze, and modify programming systems, including encoding, testing, and debugging.
Ensure seamless software integration with PeopleSoft ERP systems.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for all customizations and integrations.
Lead ETL procedures to convert legacy system data into PeopleSoft.
Design and develop interface programs to integrate with third-party systems.
Collaborate with large remote teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
Perform standard SDLC tasks including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Participate in project activities, with occasional off-hours work depending on project phases.
Minimum Requirements:
Candidate Skills and Qualifications
8 years – Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
8 years – Development with PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, Cobol, SQR).
8 years – Integration Broker development (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
8 years – Advanced SQL and PL/SQL with Oracle Database.
8 years – Linux OS scripting.
8 years – Experience with Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
8 years – Experience analyzing business requirements and creating technical design documents.
8 years – Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio).
8 years – Experience collaborating with large teams using MS Teams.
Preferred Requirements:
4 years – Experience working in public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government).
2 years – Experience with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system.
2 years – Experience with the Treasury Offset Program (TOP).
2 years – Experience with SharePoint.
1 year – Experience with Jira.
1 year – Experience working in a Scrum framework.
1 year – Experience with STAT.
Work Environment
Hybrid model: 4 days remote, 1 day onsite (Wednesdays) at 4601 W. Guadalupe, Austin, TX 78751.
Candidate must be local to Austin, TX.
Standard business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT.
