What does a successful VisionPLUS Developer do at Fiserv ?
Has experience of implementing/migrating /supporting Credit Cards systems; especially on mainframe technology and VisionPLUS.
What will you do:
Should have understanding of security protocols used in Credit Cards related systems.
Should be result oriented and must think of all aspects like business, customer, reputation, regulatory impact etc.
Good in preparing and reviewing technical documentation like BRDs, FSD, and Architecture diagrams etc is added advantage.
Prioritise and manage workload effectively, recognising the quick turn-around of issues/requirements.
Work independently with minimal supervision and take responsibility.
What will you need to know:
6-8 years of experience in Vision+ having hands on knowledge of either of CMS (primary), and LMS or TRAMS or FAS subsystem.
Hands on knowledge of Cobol, Sort, Jcl, Easytrieve. Added advantage if worked on Rexx, SAS, Selcopy, Flex etc.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
What would be great to have:
Added advantage if worked on data migration projects.
